International Relations and Project Management Department

IThe International Relations Department was established in 2002. The Department is a subdivision of the School’s administration which helps to implement the School’s policy concerning its relations with foreign higher education institutions and other academic institutions, also administering international projects, organizing students’ and teachers’ exchange. Due to the expanding project activities, the International Relations Department was reorganized to the International Relations and Project Management Department, in 2004.

Main functions of the Department :

  • to initiate and implement the School’s foreign relations policy;
  • to collect and disseminate information about international scientific and study programmes among KBS (Klaipėda Business School) community;
  • to collect and disseminate information about international conferences, workshops, and projects among KBS community;
  • to coordinate and manage national and international projects;
  • to search for potential partners for co-operation under various international programmes;
  • to organize and administrate students‘ mobility under the EU and other international programmes;
  • to provide information/advice for KBS outgoing students and teachers;
  • to organize the School‘s important international events (conferences, seminars);
  • to organize the reception of official foreign visitors to KBS.

The Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania and other laws as well as the Statute of the School are the legal background for Klaipeda Business School activities.
